And yet artists still feel restricted&nbsp;in the development of a professional career. Even if they make full use of the opportunities offered to them, it appears increasingly difficult to achieve a full&nbsp;fledged&nbsp;income from their artistic activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore the 21 recommendations&nbsp;of this memorandum put their focus on the sources of income of our performers. It is drafted&nbsp;around three basic pillars:&nbsp;<strong>delivering performances in return for a fee<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>the neighboring&nbsp;rights of the performer<\/strong>&nbsp;and a&nbsp;<strong>cultural and subsidy policy that puts the focus on the employment of performers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The memorandum has been the immediate cause&nbsp;for several successful encounters between PlayRight+ and policymakers at all levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can find the full text of the memorandum on our website, in\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"You can find the full text of the memorandum on our website,\u00a0in French\u00a0or\u00a0in Dutch.
