Its mission is, among others to agree on standards and best practices for the affiliated societies and improve the transparency and efficiency of collective management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"298\" height=\"60\" src=\"https:\/\/playright.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/scapr_1.png\" alt=\"SCAPR logo\" class=\"wp-image-13536\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Affiliated to SCAPR since 2012,\nPlayRight is involved within this organization by participating in activities\nof several working groups: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Business Operations Working Group (BWG) whose objective is to <strong>facilitate cooperation<\/strong> and <strong>exchange of rights<\/strong> between management companies in order to finalize a bilateral agreement.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Legal Working Group (LWG), the\nlegal think tank of SCAPR, comprising mostly of people responsible in their\nrespective societies for giving advice or making decisions in legal matters. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scapr.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (s&rsquo;ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\">Learn more about SCAPR<\/a><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SCAPR is the international organisation that groups management companies of performing artists\u2019 neighbouring rights.
