In order for PlayRight to identify your services and calculate your rights for a given year, the declaration of your repertoire before the given deadline is strongly recommended.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A declared repertoire forms the basis on which PlayRight can collect, manage, and distribute your rights. Prior to these final distributions that will take place in 2020, we will take into account the declarations submitted by December 31, 2019. Declarations made after this deadline will not be taken into account and will not generate rights for those reference years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You have<strong>&nbsp;until December 31, 2019<\/strong>&nbsp;to declare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Your&nbsp;<strong>audiovisual performances<\/strong>&nbsp;that may have been broadcast, exploited and \/ or sold in&nbsp;<strong>2013<\/strong>,<\/li><li>Your&nbsp;<strong>music performances<\/strong>&nbsp;that may have been broadcast, exploited and \/ or sold in&nbsp;<strong>2016<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2020, PlayRight will close the distribution of the audiovisual rights for the reference year 2013 and the music rights for the 2016 reference year.&nbsp;<strong>So declare your repertoire in time, before December 31, 2019, via&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/portal.playright.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (s&rsquo;ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\">your online portal<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with the article 16 of our <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"General Regulations (s&rsquo;ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\" href=\"https:\/\/playright.be\/en\/documents\/\" target=\"_blank\">General Regulations<\/a><\/strong> Every affiliated artist is obliged to individually declare all his performances embodied in a sound or audio-visual recording in the prescribed manner, by post or <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"online (s&rsquo;ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.playright.be\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>online<\/strong><\/a>, no later than 30 June of the year after the year in which the performances were rendered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Forgot your password?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.playright.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (s&rsquo;ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\">homepage of your portal<\/a><\/strong>, introduce your email address and click on&nbsp;<em>I forgot my password<\/em>.
