As a PlayRight member, thanks to your  PlayRight Portal<\/span><\/a> <\/strong>you can declare your artistic contributions, consult your rights and update your personal details. The “PlayList<\/strong>” menu allows each member to select and declare recordings they participated in directly from playlists<\/strong> of open reference years.<\/p>\n

Depending on the parameters used by PlayRight to calculate your rights (these parameters vary depending on the type of performance in question, i.e. audiovisual or musical), the company creates playlists that group together all the recordings likely to generate rights for the Belgian territory<\/strong>. These lists are classified by reference year and are available to our members through the portal.<\/p>\n\n

How does it work ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Based on the reference year and other search criteria (title track or element of the title track, name of the main artist or season for audiovisual works), you can select<\/em> (+)<\/strong> a recording title (for music performances) and\/or declare<\/em><\/strong> it by completing the necessary information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For your music performances, if you want to declare several declarations<\/strong>, you can select several recording titles that occur on the playlist and export your selection<\/em><\/strong> by downloading the related Excel file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you have completed the file, you can upload it on your portal via the music tab (If you are uploading classical music recordings declarations, please check the classical music box above the box).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As long as you don’t click on clear that selection<\/em><\/strong>, the selected recordings stay on your selection. A detailed guideline is available in your online portal, in the PlayList menu or here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
