As such, the Board of Directors plays an essential role when it comes to defending the rights of performers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each shareholder may submit his or her application in accordance with conditions set out in the bylaws and the instructions mentioned in this communication. You should know, however, that in case you&rsquo;re elected, your remunerated mandate as a director requires you to be in order with NISSE, in so far as f you do not already are self-employed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year,&nbsp;<strong>six director&nbsp; mandates<\/strong>&nbsp;are to be filled in<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A French speaking musician (4 years mandate),<\/li><li>A Dutch speaking musician (4 years mandate),<\/li><li>A French speaking actor, dancer, circus artist or variety artist (4 years mandate),<\/li><li>A Dutch speaking actor, dancer, circus artist or variety artist (4 years mandate),<\/li><li>A Dutch speaking actor, dancer, circus artist or variety artist (1 year mandate),<\/li><li>A French speaking musician (1 year mandate).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Since French and Dutch are the national languages, we ask you to send us your application in one of these two languages. <s>P<\/s>lease note that the General Assembly is held in both languages.<\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Get involved in YOUR collecting society<\/strong>&nbsp;and apply for the mandate that corresponds most to your main artistic activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How?&nbsp;<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Send your application&nbsp;to&nbsp;<strong>r.peereboom@playright.be<\/strong>, along with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A short personal presentation (&lsquo;curriculum vitae&rsquo;),<\/li><li>And a picture (accepted formats: JPEG \/ PNG) in two separate files.<\/li><li>please do not display any personal data (phone number, e-mail address, postal address) in these documents.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Applications must be submitted no later than Friday, May <sup>7th<\/sup><\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your application will then be communicated to the shareholders, after which each one of them will be asked to elect the candidate of their choice during the General Assembly (via videoconference) that will take place on <strong>MONDAY, JUNE 21<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><u>Additional Info<\/u><\/em>: In due time you will receive your official invitation to the General Assembly (both in French and Dutch) and will have access to the online tool to confirm your presence.
