The collecting societies PlayRight, Sabam and SIMIM have joined forces to make this happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1063\" height=\"1329\" src=\"http:\/\/playright.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Equitable_remuneration_collection_to_distribution_unisono-ENG.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18132\" srcset=\"https:\/\/playright.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Equitable_remuneration_collection_to_distribution_unisono-ENG.png 1063w, https:\/\/playright.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Equitable_remuneration_collection_to_distribution_unisono-ENG-200x250.png 200w, https:\/\/playright.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Equitable_remuneration_collection_to_distribution_unisono-ENG-768x960.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1063px) 100vw, 1063px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UNISONO<\/strong> is among other things responsible for collecting the equitable\nremuneration for the use of recorded music. UNISONO then transfers the\nequitable remuneration on the basis of an equal share to the two collecting\nsocieties:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>PlayRight for the part that belongs to the performing artists,<\/li><li>SIMIM for the part that music producers are entitled to.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Before 2020, Honebel and Outsourcing Partners were\nappointed to collect the equitable remuneration.
