Also the Minister of Economy and Labour, Pierre-Yves Dermagne, and the Minister of Health and Social Affairs, Frank Vandenbroucke, will be present.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>It had been an issue on the table of the competent minister for several years. However, at the beginning of May, a new <em>legal<\/em> <em>status of the artist <\/em>was finally validated by the Council of Ministers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What was not really a<em> legal status<\/em> but rather an adjustment of the existing rules of employees for workers from the artistic sector has undergone a profound reform. As such, many aspects of the texts raise questions and will be the subject of discussion within the sector in the months to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is why PlayRight proposes to focus this debate, in the presence of the two ministers invited, on the following two major themes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The accumulation of unemployment benefits with the collection of copyrights or neighbouring rights,<\/li><li>The remuneration for <em>invisible work.<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The debate will be led by Ministers <strong>Pierre-Yves Dermagne <\/strong>and <strong>Frank Vandenbroucke<\/strong>, who will go into discussion with <strong>Thibaut Delmotte<\/strong> (actor and co-president of the Union des Artistes) and <strong>Luc Gulinck<\/strong> (legal expert and member of the Board of De Muziekgilde). <strong>Eva Meyer<\/strong> (Legal Manager at Amplo) will moderate the debate with the active participation of people and organisations present in the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Practical info &#128294;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2022 at 5:30 p.m., so your arrival is expected before that.<\/li><li>Golden room  (4<sup>th<\/sup> floor), Beursschouwburg [METRO 1 OR 5, stop De Brouck&egrave;re or Sainte-Catherine, TRAM 3, 4, 32 stop Bourse].<\/li><li><strong>The event is now fully booked. <\/strong>Would you still like to attend?
