PlayRight has distributed a total of &euro;439,095.57 in rights coming from RTBF (co-)productions broadcast on their television channels between 1996 and 2020. An additional distribution will take place at the end of 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, PlayRight reached an agreement with RTBF to transfer the rights of those recordings to us. So far, no exclusive rights had yet been distributed for the period 1996-2020. Thanks to our efficient system of distributing the rights to the performing artists, we were able to make that go smoothly this time too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first distribution has been completed. We distributed a total of &euro;439,095.57 for the period 1996-2020. This distribution is based on the indicated repertoires, as processed in our database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>TIP: <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Via the PlayRight portal, you can find more details about this distribution in the &ldquo;Rights&rdquo; menu, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Which recordings generated rights between 1996 and 2020 at RTBF;<\/li><li>The casting at the time of the calculation.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Be sure to check these details. Do you notice errors in the distribution and\/or in the composition of the cast, or do you have questions about the distribution? If so, contact your account manager, or send an email to <a href=\"mailto:members@playright.be\">members@playright.be<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MISSED THE DEADLINE?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Did you miss the deadline for the first distribution? No worries: you will get two more chances. The additional distribution happens at the end of 2023 and the final distribution is in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensure right now that your rights will be distributed to you by declaring your repertoire via the PlayRight portal. To make sure the declaration goes smoothly, we have drawn up a specific playlist of programmes broadcast on RTBF television channels between 1996 and 2020. You can find those on the portal or under <a href=\"http:\/\/playright.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/RTBF_Members_Playlist.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to the portal. In the menu, choose &ldquo;PlayList&rdquo;.<\/li><li>Depending on the performance you want to indicate, choose the tab &ldquo;Audiovisual, Dubbing and post-synchronisation&rdquo; or &ldquo;Music in audiovisual&rdquo;.<\/li><li>Select &ldquo;Exclusive rights RTBF 1996-2020&rdquo; in the reference year at the top of the menu.<\/li><li>Complete your repertoire.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Is something still unclear?
