Don&rsquo;t miss this opportunity!&nbsp;Become an shareholder&nbsp;before&nbsp;March 14&nbsp;and join us at our General Assembly on June 15.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Every year, at the General Assembly in June, it&rsquo;s you, the performing artists, who make PlayRight&rsquo;s heart beat. Join us as a shareholder and make your voice heard by voting for the members of the Board of Directors and giving your opinion on proposed amendments to the statutes and general regulations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why become a shareholder?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What are the benefits of being a shareholder? Here is a &nbsp;short overview of the advantages. As a shareholder:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will be the first to know about any of our latest developments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You gain an insight into how your rights are collected, managed and distributed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can participate in the General Assembly;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can designate the presidents of the college to which you belong (Music or Dramatic Arts&nbsp;and Dance, depending on your main artistic activity);&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have the opportunity to express your opinion and vote on proposed changes to the Statutes and the General Regulations;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can apply to become a director yourself and be a part of the Board of Directors&nbsp;(during the next General Assembly).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How can you become a shareholder?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be a member of PlayRight and have participated in at least three recordings that generate neighboring rights in accordance with the law.<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit your&nbsp;shareholder&nbsp;application through your&nbsp;online portal. Log in, go to&nbsp;<strong>&ldquo;Personal data&rdquo;<\/strong>&nbsp;(left column) and click on&nbsp;<strong>&ldquo;Shareholder&rdquo;<\/strong>&nbsp;(upper right).&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once your Account Manager confirms that you meet the requirements, you will be asked to pay the&nbsp;one-off share of&nbsp;49.57&euro;.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Please do so before the March 14, 2026 deadline&nbsp;<\/strong>so that you can attend the General Assembly on June 15, 2026!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-fe48e5de wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/portal.playright.be\/CA_portal\/\">I want to become a PlayRight shareholder<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you want to make your voice heard and help shape the future of rights management for you as a performing artist?
