And yet artists still feel restricted&nbsp;in the development of a professional career. Even if they make full use of the opportunities offered to them, it appears increasingly difficult to achieve a full&nbsp;fledged&nbsp;income from their artistic activities.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore the 21 recommendations&nbsp;of this memorandum put their focus on the sources of income of our performers.
