The general Assembly<\/strong> is the highest decision-making body within PlayRight. It is the assembly of the shareholders, which normally gathers annually on the third Monday of June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this General Assembly associates vote to (re-)elect the members of the Board<\/strong> <\/a>and to adopt the proposals for modifications to the Bylaws and the General Regulations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
