The 2026 distribution calendar is ready: ten distributions of rights collected on the Belgian territory and abroad will be carried out in 2026, among which four final distributions:

• February 2026: Distribution of rights collected abroad;  
• May 2026: Music rights 2022 – Final distribution;  
• May 2026: Annual additional remuneration of music rights 2022 – Final distribution;  
• June 2026: Audiovisual rights 2022 – Final distribution;  
• June 2026: Cable rights audiovisual 2015 – 2022 – Final distribution; 
• August 2026: Distribution of rights collected abroad;
• September 2026: Audiovisual rights 2025 (including cable rights 2025) – First distribution;  
• October 2026: Music rights 2025 – First distribution;  
• October 2026: Annual additional distribution of music rights 2025 – First distribution;   
• November 2026: Rights nonmusical works 2025 – First distribution ;
• November 2026: Cable rights music 2015 – 2025 – First distribution.

Deadlines for your declarations

You have until 31/12/2026 to declare:  

• Your audiovisual performances for the reference year 2023;  
• Your music performances for the reference year 2023;
