In order to get to know the representatives of our affiliated artists and to facilitate the management of their rights, PlayRight invites you to a new information session followed by a workshop on Thursday, May 23^rd and Friday, May 24^th in our offices, located at boulevard Belgica 14, 1080 Brussels.

During this day, conceived of as an exchange of practices, we will explain how we distribute rights, how you can best declare your repertoires, and we’ll also discuss the online tools and services that PlayRight has created for performers and their representatives.

Program: 

• 10am: Introduction to the latest political & legal news: what changes for your performers? By the PlayRight management;
• 11h: Repertoires declaration, calculation keys and distribution of your performers’ rights, by Laetitia Batardy (head of the Members / international department)
• 12h: lunch
• 1pm: Workshop – The PlayRight Portal: Must have & Nice to have, by Laetitia Batardy and Gwennaëlle Joret (communication manager),
• 3pm : round of questions
