December 31st is the deadline to declare musical recordings broadcasted in 2010, 2011 and 2012. Please take into account that the office of PlayRight will be closed as from December 24th until January 3^rd, 2016.

December 31st is the deadline to declare musical recordings broadcast in 2010, 2011 and 2012. There is no deadline this year for audiovisual recordings, but next year there will be. More information about the deadlines and pending distributions can be found on our website.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN EXACTLY?
In 2016, PlayRight will make a final distribution of neighbouring rights for the reference years 2010, 2011 and 2012.  This calculation will be based only on declarations made up to the 31st of December 2015.  Any declarations made after this date will not be taken into account, meaning that they will not generate rights for these reference years.

Therefore make sure your repertoire is up to date!

DECLARED OR NOT ?
If you are not sure whether your repertoire is up to date or not, you can consult the complete list of your declarations, made by either yourself or your representative, in your online account via your online Portal on our website. Your dossier may still contain “declarations to validate”. These are mentioned in the left column of your online account. Please take the time to check these and confirm if necessary.

ATTENTION!
Please take into account that the office of PlayRight will be closed from December 24^th until January 3^rd 2016 !
