Last week, PlayRight finalized the calculation of neighbouring rights for musical recordings for a number of reference years:

For the reference year 2014: This was the first distribution for both classical and non-classical recordings.
For the reference years 2012 and 2013: The distribution was based solely on the playlists of Klara and Musiq’3
All members and their representatives were informed personally of the results.

The last distribution to take place in 2015 is planned for December and is concerning the transfer of rights from foreign territories to PlayRight members. The countries included are:

Denmark
France
Greece
Hungary
Lithuania
Poland
Portugal
Slovinia
Spain
Sweden
The Netherlands
United Kingdom
This distribution will be made no later than the 23rd of December 2015
