The final distribution of exclusive rights for broadcasting on RTBF is completed! PlayRight has distributed a total of €3.902.997,17 in rights coming from RTBF (co-)productions broadcast on their television channels between 1996 and 2020.

In 2022, PlayRight concluded an agreement with RTBF to transfer the rights to those recordings to us. Until 2022, no exclusive rights had been distributed by RTBF for this period. Following an initial distribution of these rights by PlayRight in 2022, and after an additional distribution in 2023, PlayRight has now carried out a final distribution. This year we have distributed a total of €3.902.997,17. This final distribution was based on the repertoire declared, as recorded in our database.

Do you notice errors in the distribution and/or in the composition of the cast, or do you have questions about the distribution? If so, contact your account manager, or send an email to members@playright.be. You have up to 6 months after the distribution to submit a complaint.

The deadline for declaring the repertoires that could generate these exclusive rights for the reference years 1996-2020 for RTBF (co)-productions was December 31, 2024.
