Our General Assembly will be held at 14:00 on Monday June 19 2023, at the Beursschouwburg in Brussels.

IMPORTANT: you can only participate in the General Assembly if you have been a PlayRight shareholder before March 19, 2023.  

We strongly encourage you to attend our General Assembly, as you will have the opportunity to help determine the direction of PlayRight. For example, you can vote for the candidates you want on our Board of Directors, and you can decide on any changes to our statutes and regulations. We will also present our annual report and accounts to you during the Assembly. 

Moreover, you can look forward to the exciting entertainment that we have planned for after the General Assembly (we’ll keep the details a secret for now!), as well as the catered drinks reception – the perfect opportunity to meet your colleagues and our team at PlayRight.

How do I register? (Registration will open on Tuesday 30 May!)  

You can confirm your attendance via your PlayRight portal when registrations open starting from Tuesday 30 May 2023.

Alternatively, are you unable to attend the General Assembly, but would still like to vote? In that case, you can give a mandate to another person who is also entitled to vote.

1. Log in via the PlayRight portal.

2. On your dashboard you will see a tool to register. Click I will attend or I wish for someone to attend on my behalf, then you will see a list of people who have already confirmed their attendance.

3. You’re enrolled! You will receive an email with the profiles of the candidate directors, and the documents that will be voted on during the GA.

The deadline to register for the GA is 23:59 on Tuesday 13 June. You must register before that deadline, otherwise you will not be able to participate in the General Assembly, and your mandate will also be rendered invalid.
