The 2024 distribution calendar is ready: seven distributions of rights collected on the Belgian territory and abroad will be carried out in 2024, among which two final distributions: 

• February 2024: distribution of rights collected abroad; 
• May 2024: final distribution of music rights 2020; 
• June 2024: last distribution of audiovisual rights 2019; 
• August 2024: distribution of rights collected abroad; 
• September 2024: first distribution of audiovisual rights 2023; 
• October 2024: first distribution of annual supplementary remuneration for music rights 2023; 
• October 2024: first distribution of music rights 2023;
• November 2024: additional distribution of cable rights 2015-2022.

Deadline for declarations 

Your have until 31/12/2024 to declare: 

• Your audiovisual performances for the reference year 2020-2021; 
• Your music performances for the reference year 2021; 
• Your performances in RTBF (co)productions for the reference years 1996-2020; 
• Your music performances for the reference years 2019-2020 (annual supplementary remuneration).
