As artist, you have been a member of PlayRight and we thank you for entrusting us with the management of your repertoire and your neighbouring rights.
Whether you are a musician or actor/actress, you must declare your entire repertoire to Playright, that is, all the recorded artistic performances that you have participated in. Why?
When you declare your performances, PlayRight can identify the recordings in which you have participated and which might generate rights. After we have analysed these data, PlayRight is able to calculate and distribute the rights that are due to you. If you have entrusted us with the management of your rights worldwide, we are also able to collect your rights abroad on the basis of your declared repertoire.
To declare your work, PlayRight invited you to create your own personal online portal when confirming your affiliation. This portal is accessible via the following link: https://portal.playright.be/
Forgot your password? Just enter your email address and click on “password forgotten”. You will then receive a link to reset your password.
I have not activated my online portal! No problem. Just contact your Account Manager, who will send you a new activation link.
Once you are connected to the portal, go to the menu “Repertoire” and click on the tab corresponding to the artistic performance that you want do declare (music & music in audiovisual: for musicians; audiovisual and dubbing & post-synchronisation: for actors). By clicking on “add declaration”, a form will be displayed. It’s enough to fill out all necessary data and validate.
TIP: You can declare different performances of the same type (music, audiovisual, dubbing & post-synchronisation, etc.) by downloading an Excel file that is available through your portal:
Once it is downloaded, open the Excel file and follow the instructions. When you are done, save the file and upload via the “Upload Excel” button.
Feel free to consult our website, where you can find more practical information to help you declare your repertoire efficiently and quickly. Finally, do not hesitate to contact us directly if necessary.
