The 2023 distribution calendar is ready: nive distributions of rights collected on the Belgian territory and abroad will be carried out next year, among which two final distributions:

• February 2023: distribution of rights collected abroad,
• May 2023: last distribution of music rights 2019,
• May 2023: last distribution of additional annual remuneration for music rights 2014-2018,
• June 2023: last distribution of audiovisual rights 2017/2018,
• August 2023: distribution of rights collected abroad,
• September 2023: first distribution of cable rights from 2015 to 2021,
• October 2023: first distribution of audiovisual rights 2022,
• November 2023: first distribution of music rights 2022
• November 2023: distribution of additional annual remuneration for music rights 2022,
• December 2023 : additional remuneration for exclusive RTBF rights.

Deadline for declarations

Your have until 31/12/2023 to declare:

• Your audiovisual performances for the reference year 2019;
• Your music performances for the reference year 2020.
