The Board of Directors is the decision-making body of our management company which defines, among other things, the strategy of PlayRight. As such, the Board of Directors plays an essential role when it comes to defending the rights of performers.
Each shareholder may submit his or her application in accordance with conditions set out in the bylaws and the instructions mentioned in this communication. You should know, however, that in case you’re elected, your remunerated mandate as a director requires you to be in order with NISSE, in so far as f you do not already are self-employed.
This year, six director mandates are to be filled in
Since French and Dutch are the national languages, we ask you to send us your application in one of these two languages.
Please note that the General Assembly is held in both languages.

Your application will then be communicated to the shareholders, after which each one of them will be asked to elect the candidate of their choice during the General Assembly (via videoconference) that will take place on MONDAY, JUNE 21th.
