To many it is sometimes not entirely clear what neighbouring rights are. It remains a difficult topic, even for professionals who are involved in the matter on a daily basis. Raising awareness is therefore highly necessary. PlayRight wants to better inform artists about their rights. This ambition extends across the entire industry, and is not limited to artists only.

With this in mind, PlayRight focuses on various forms of raising awareness:

• Organising debates, study forums, conferences,…;
• Organising workshops for professionals or art students;
• Creating didactic and educational material on neighbouring rights.
