You can always* adjust your affiliation contract with PlayRight to:

• fit the territories for which you entitle us to collect your neighbouring rights (you can find the list of countries with whom we have a bilateral agreement here),
• and/or adjust the “type” of repertoire you want PlayRight to manage.

First, log into your PlayRight Portal  to see the mandate you have given to PlayRight. Click on “Details” in the left column and then click the “Contract” tab.

The screen shows:

• A list of your contracts in chronological order (from the most recent to the oldest)
• The territories that currently covers your contract with PlayRight (Worldwide, Belgium, Belgium +, etc.).

To adjust your contract, complete this form and return it to us signed by post to PlayRight S.C.R.L. Boulevard Belgica 14- 1080 Brussels, or in digital scanned version by email to members@playright.be

If you wish to submit an adjustment before the 30th of June of this year, the changes will come into force on January 1st of the following year. This is in accordance with article 13 of our Bylaws and the Code of Economic Laws. If you submit your changes after the 30th of June, the changes will come into force on January 1st of the year after the following year.

* Note: If you wish to restrict your contract with PlayRight by removing certain types of contributions and/or territories for which the Collective society is currently mandated to collect  your neighbouring rights, please note that such an adjustment can’t be made immediately.

If you wish to extend your  contract with PlayRight by adding extra types of  contributions and/or territories where PlayRight can currently collect your neighbouring rights, please note that the changes take effect immediately after your request is processed by PlayRight.

Any contract change that may cause a conflict with another sister society can introduce a delay in processing the adjustments.
