Deadlines & the declaration of your repertoire: it’s an inseparable duo! Each year, PlayRight prepares a new distribution calendar displaying the neighbouring rights that will be paid out amongst our affiliated artists and information about the declaration deadlines. Start declaring now!

To ensure that PlayRight can identify your artistic performances and calculate and distribute your rights for a specific reference year, it is important that you declare your repertoire as early and complete as possible. Why? A declared repertoire forms the basis on which we collect, manage and distribute your neighbouring rights.

But why as early as possible? If you declare your performances now, Playright is able to calculate and distribute your rights as early as possible, and you may already receive a part of your rights during the first distribution of rights. Moreover, PlayRight will be able to claim your rights from similar companies abroad very quickly. This applies to both audiovisual and music recordings.

DEADLINES 2021

You have until December 31^st, 2021 the time to declare the following performances:

• Your audiovisual performances that may have been broadcast, exploited and/or sold in the reference year 2016;
• Your music performances that may have been broadcast, exploited and/or sold in 2018.

The distribution calendar provides you with a clear overview of which rights will be paid out in which month.

Do not hesitate any longer, and start declaring your repertoire via your online portal!

• Declare your music performances via the PlayList Menu in your portal
• Which contributions to declare? (And do not declare)Note that the PlayRight offices will be closed from December 27, 2021 to January 3th, 2022 included: your Account Manager will not be available during this time.
