The section “Declaration(s) to complete” in your online dossier contains contributions that were added to your repertoire in the past on the basis of research and declarations from the past where mandatory fields have not been filled in. 

For the contributions that were added to your repertoire in the past on the basis of research: You have not (yet) declared these yourself. It is important that you check whether this information is correct. Where necessary, you can also add information; you then confirm the contribution, making it a declaration. As long as a certain contribution is not confirmed, no rights are paid.  

For past declarations where mandatory fields have not been filled in: There is still information to complete here. It is important that you do this so that we can calculate your rights correctly. This could be one or more declarations of classical music where the Composer field has not been filled in or it could be non-musical works where compulsory fields, such as the Duration in seconds, still need to be completed (fields with a red asterisk are compulsory fields).

Only declarations that were submitted and/or completed on time will be taken into account for the calculation of rights for a specific reference year.
